Please note that at lower settings, you will not hear a loud click.

The best way to tell when you have reached a low setting: 

1. Set the torque wrench to 120 or higher and test the unit. Listen and feel for a click. The higher the setting the more distinct the click.
2. Look at the window on the side. You will see the clicker inside move when the torque setting is reached. The clicker is hitting an inside plate.
3. Get a feel for the clicker; you will feel the clicker engage, important for lower settings.
4. At lower settings you can then notice the feel more than the click. This is normal for this low of torque settings wrenches.
